Ho Chi Minh City, September 24, 2026 – Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CTD) was honored by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Administrators (VAFE), and the Financial and Life e-Magazine (FiLi) at IR Awards 2026, receiving two Mid Cap awards: “Investors' Choice for Best IR Website - Mid Cap” and “Mid Cap Financial Institutions' Best Assessment” – marking the third time Coteccons has been recognized in the latter category. This also marks the sixth consecutive year that Coteccons has achieved the Information Disclosure Standards, reflecting the Company’s continued commitment to transparency, high-quality information disclosure, and engagement with shareholders and investors.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son – Deputy CFO, representing Coteccons, receives the two awards at IR Awards 2026
In 2026, the IR Awards program surveyed 685 listed companies, of which 459 companies achieved the Information Disclosure Standards, before selecting eligible companies for nomination within each market-capitalization group. In the first year that the IR Website was evaluated as an independent category, Coteccons was recognized in two areas: its IR Website as preferred by investors and its IR activities as highly assessed by financial institutions.
The recognition comes at a significant time as Vietnam was officially reclassified by FTSE Russell from Frontier Market to Secondary Emerging Market status, effective September 21, 2026. As Vietnam’s capital market enters a new stage of development, information transparency and the quality of investor engagement are increasingly becoming important components of corporate governance and investor confidence, beyond being matters of regulatory compliance. In this context, Coteccons’ recognition for both its IR Website and IR activities reflects the Company’s proactive approach to providing information, engaging in dialogue, and maintaining connections with the investment community.
From Information Disclosure to Meaningful Dialogue
While the IR Website serves as a platform for providing information, direct dialogue with shareholders and investors is an important part of Coteccons’ approach to investor relations. In 2026, the Company continued to maintain various forms of direct engagement, from Shareholders’ Day to Site Tours for investors, providing opportunities for the market not only to access information but also to engage directly with the Management and project teams.
Engaging with Shareholders – Transparency on Issues That Matter to the Market
During FY2026, Coteccons organized two Shareholders’ Day events, providing a platform for the Management to engage directly with shareholders on the Company’s strategy, business operations, and issues of interest to the market.
On September 20, 2025, the event was held at the construction site of the APEC Convention Center project in Phu Quoc, where the Management shared three long-term growth drivers – Urbanization, Industrialization, and Globalization – while engaging directly on topics including competitiveness, profit margins, cost and material management, cash flow, infrastructure development plans, international market expansion, and corporate governance. Holding the dialogue directly at the project site also gave shareholders a more practical perspective on Coteccons’ project execution and operational capabilities.

On June 15, 2026, in Hanoi, the second Shareholders’ Day placed greater emphasis on quality growth and operational efficiency. In addition to providing updates on business performance, the Management engaged directly on cash flow, profit margins, backlog, development strategy, risk management, and the Company’s Going Global direction. Shareholders’ questions also addressed issues of particular interest to listed companies, including share price movements, receivables, changes in senior management, and legal risks arising during project execution.

Across the two Shareholders’ Day events, Coteccons continued to pursue an IR approach centered on direct dialogue and multidimensional information, addressing not only achievements but also the issues, challenges, and risks of interest to shareholders. This approach also helps articulate the Company’s shift from “rapid growth” to “quality growth,” with revenue scale considered alongside operational efficiency, cash flow, risk management capabilities, and long-term value creation.
Site Tours – Bringing Investors Closer to On-the-Ground Operations
Alongside direct engagement at shareholder events, Coteccons continued to enhance transparency through Site Tours for investors. In 2026, the Company collaborated with securities firms to organize Site Tours at the Metropole MP14 project in the South and the Pearl Opera House project in the North, providing investment funds with opportunities to visit construction sites and engage directly with Coteccons’ project teams.
At Metropole MP14, on May 25, 2026, Coteccons, in collaboration with SSI, shared with investors insights into the construction industry outlook, 9M/FY2026 business performance, management capabilities, quality control, and supply chain management. At the construction site, investors could directly observe how Coteccons organizes construction and manages project operations, rather than relying solely on information presented through published materials.

Subsequently, on June 12, 2026, Coteccons, in collaboration with HSC, organized a Site Tour at the Pearl Opera House project. Investors were given direct exposure to the project’s complex technical requirements, from the fast-track model and design–construction coordination to cost management, supply chain management, and safety.

Bringing investors from “information in reports” to “reality at the construction site” adds a practical dimension to Coteccons’ IR activities, while creating opportunities for investors to engage directly with the people responsible for project execution. It also reflects how Coteccons demonstrates its management capabilities not only through financial indicators, but through how its systems are operated in practice.
The discussions shared at Shareholders’ Day and Site Tours demonstrate how Coteccons’ IR activities are connected to multiple layers of corporate management – from strategy, finance, and risk management to project execution, supply chain, people, safety, and ESG. This gives investors a broader basis for assessing Coteccons not only through its business performance, but also through its ability to deliver and sustain quality growth over the long term.
The two awards at IR Awards 2026, together with the Company’s sixth consecutive year achieving the Information Disclosure Standards, recognize Coteccons’ efforts to maintain transparent information, strengthen dialogue, and bring investor relations closer to the Company’s actual operations.
Going forward, Coteccons will continue to enhance the quality of its information disclosure, maintain direct engagement channels with shareholders and investors, and improve access to information on its strategy, financial performance, governance, and project operations. Through these efforts, the Company aims to build investor relationships grounded in transparency and meaningful dialogue, supporting Coteccons’ journey toward quality growth.
