In 2026, a total of 227 enterprises were recognized under the Vietnam Value program. Coteccons is among the notable contractors in the construction industry to receive this prestigious recognition.
Mr. Bolat Duisenov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coteccons, shared:
"We believe that the development of a company must go hand in hand with the development of the country.
Coteccons is proud to be recognized as a Vietnam National Brand. Today, Coteccons is recognized as the leader of Vietnam's construction industry, and we have every right to be proud of that. But we cannot stop there. So the biggest question for us today is not, 'How much can we grow?' It is, 'How long can we keep growing?'
Our next destination is clear: to become the true Industry Leader in Vietnam, the company that sets the new standard, not only the biggest builder, and a Global Industry Leader in the niches we choose."
Strengthening the Competitiveness of Vietnamese Contractors in a New Era
Coteccons is currently involved in a number of nationally significant infrastructure, transportation, and cultural projects, including the APEC Convention Center, Gia Binh International Airport, Phu Quoc International Airport, the Pearl Opera House, PVF Stadium, and high-speed rail projects. Its participation in these projects demonstrates the capabilities of a Vietnamese general contractor in meeting increasingly demanding requirements for engineering, quality, and construction schedules. At the same time, these projects provide Coteccons with opportunities to contribute directly to infrastructure development and the creation of new landmark projects in Vietnam.
As the construction industry enters a new phase of competition, the capabilities of a general contractor must be assessed comprehensively, encompassing execution quality, operational efficiency, and the ability to create sustainable value for clients, partners, shareholders, and society. This also forms the foundation of Coteccons' strategic shift toward Quality Growth.
In line with this direction, Coteccons continues to invest in technology and innovation. In fiscal year 2025, the company allocated VND 913 billion to innovation activities, 2.7 times the amount recorded in the previous year.
Solutions such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), the E-Construction platform, AI Camera systems, and 20 digitized processes are being implemented across design, procurement, and construction activities, contributing to higher productivity, improved quality, and enhanced safety standards at construction sites.
Alongside technology, Coteccons considers people a critical factor in building long-term competitiveness. The company is implementing a young engineering talent development program through a tripartite collaboration model involving the Government, universities, and enterprises, integrating training with research and practical applications at construction sites.
Through these initiatives, Coteccons aims to develop a workforce of engineers with strong technical expertise, the ability to master advanced technologies, and the capabilities required to meet international construction standards. This also reflects the company's contribution to developing high-quality human resources and progressively raising the standards of Vietnam's construction industry.
Bringing Vietnamese Engineering Expertise to International Markets
Having previously focused on learning from international counterparts, Vietnamese enterprises are now increasingly competing and demonstrating their capabilities on the global stage.
As part of its Go Global journey, Coteccons is currently executing and pursuing nine international projects across five markets, with a total contract value of nearly VND 4 trillion.
These include two projects in Kazakhstan and two projects in Georgia, including a high-tech data center. Coteccons is also gradually establishing its presence in Israel while securing successive project wins in Taiwan, across technically demanding sectors such as data centers, logistics infrastructure, and high-tech facilities.
What makes these achievements particularly meaningful is that the projects are being delivered by Vietnamese engineers and workers in accordance with some of the most stringent international standards. Each overseas project not only carries the Coteccons brand but also helps demonstrate the capabilities, expertise, and determination of Vietnam's construction industry on the international stage.
Coteccons has also recently received recognition through several prestigious awards in Vietnam and across the region. The company was honored at the Ho Chi Minh City Golden Brand Awards 2026, recognizing its efforts in innovation, sustainable development, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese brands.
In addition, Coteccons received the Inspirational Brand Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2026, acknowledging the value the company creates for its employees, communities, and society through its OWN IT culture, people-centric philosophy, and sustainable development initiatives.
These recognitions further reinforce Coteccons' long-term direction: building sustainable competitiveness, contributing to the country's development, and progressively bringing Vietnamese construction brands to international markets.
